摘要:
为解决缺少地震勘探资料或地震资料品质较差区域的三维地层压力构建问题,文中提出一种利用测井资料构建含不确定度地层压力区域三维模型的算法。首先,收集了区域内重点已钻井的测井资料,包括声波、自然伽马、密度测井资料,用于计算地层压力;然后,建立了基于支持向量机的Kriging插值优化算法,利用已钻井含不确定度地层压力,分层组逐层构建了地层压力区域三维模型。为验证方法的可靠性,在所建立的三维压力体中提取了某口已钻井的地层压力,将其与该井的测井解释结果对比,最大相对误差小于4.5%,表明该方法能提供较为可靠的地层压力分布信息。根据文中的算法,利用计算机可视化技术,编制了相关软件,为直观了解和分析三维地层压力提供了工具。
Abstract:
This paper presents an algorithm for constructing 3D model of formation pressure area with uncertainty using logging data, aiming to solve the problem of constructing 3D formation pressure without seismic data or with poor quality seismic data. Firstly, the logging data of key wells in the area, including acoustic, gamma and density logging data, are collected to calculate formation pressure. Then, 3D model of formation pressure area of the hierarchical group layer was constructed by using a Kriging interpolation optimization algorithm based on support vector machine, which used the formation pressure with uncertainty of the drilling wells. In order to validate the method, the formation pressure of one existing well was extracted from the 3D pressure body, which was compared with the well logging interpretation result. The results show that the maximum relative error is less than 4.5%. It shows that the method can provide more reliable information of formation pressure distribution. Based on this algorithm, the related software is compiled by computer visualization technology, which provides a tool for intuitionistic understanding and analysis of 3D formation pressure.
