为解决油田高温地层割缝筛管完井的水平井定点封堵问题,研制了一种适用于高温油藏的水平井环空化学封隔材料(ACP),并对其进行了扫描电镜测试和耐温性能、环空充填性能、堵水率及残余阻力系数等评价。研究表明:ACP材料在120 ℃的高温环境可稳定成胶,成胶时间可控(2~8 h),且触变性优良,可实现瞬时环空充填,无重力“坍塌”现象,长期稳定性可达180 d以上。该封隔材料完全成胶后具有强度较高、封堵性能优良的特点,在120 ℃、注入速度1 mL/min、堵剂注入量0.8 PV时,测试突破压力梯度达7.5 MPa/m,堵水率达99.46%,残余阻力系数为185.36,能够满足割缝筛管完井水平井定点封堵的需求。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of fixed-point plugging of horizontal wells with slotted screen completions in high-temperature formations in oil fields, this paper developed a horizontal well annulus chemical plugging(ACP) material suitable for high-temperature reservoirs, and conducted scanning electron microscopy tests. And its temperature resistance performance, annulus filling performance, water plugging rate and residual resistance coefficient were evaluated. The research shows that the ACP material can be stabilized for gelling at 120 ℃ high temperature environment, with a controllable gelling time of 2-8 h, excellent thixotropy, instantaneous annulus filling, no gravity "collapse", and long-term stability up to 180 days. After being fully gelled, it has high strength and excellent plugging performance. When the temperature is 120 ℃, the injection speed is 1 mL/min and the plugging agent injection volume is 0.8 PV, the tested breakthrough pressure gradient is up to 7.5 MPa/m, the water plugging rate is 99.46%, and the residual resistance coefficient is 185.36, which can meet the needs of fixed-point plugging of horizontal wells with slotted screen completion.
