摘要:
随着凝析气藏地层压力的不断下降,修完井过程中压井液漏失与储层伤害现象凸现,严重影响了油气采收率和开发效益。针对此问题,文中结合塔北地区砂岩凝析气藏高温、低压、高地层水矿化度等特点,按照地面预交联、井下强交联、段塞封堵、黏弹防漏、易于返排的技术思路和要求,研制了弹性凝胶储层保护液。研究表明:弹性凝胶储层保护液突破了多项技术极限,抗温150 ℃,抗盐30×104 mg/L,正向抗压差29.4 MPa,反向解堵压差小于1.0 MPa,产能恢复率达100%,形成了高温低压凝析气藏低成本、防漏型修井储层保护技术。此技术有效避免了修完井过程中压井液漏失,同时防止地层气侵上窜,保障了井控安全,大大降低了保护液成本和后期诱喷费用,实现了经济有效的储层保护。
Abstract:
With the continuous decline of pressure in condensate gas reservoir, the leak of work fluid and formation damage gradually emerges during workover and completion, which seriously affects oil and gas recovery and development benefit. To solve this problem, the characteristics of high temperature, low pressure and high salinity is considered in sandstone condensate gas reservoir of Tabei area. In this paper, according to the technical ideas and requirements of precrosslinking at ground, strong crosslinking underground, slug-plugging, viscoelasticity and leak prevention, easy flowback, the elastic gel liquid for formation protection was developed. The laboratory results and the application in the oilfield show that it has broken through many technical limits, with temperature resistance of 150 ℃, salinity resistance of 30×104 mg/L, forward pressure difference of 29.4 MPa, reverse unblocking pressure difference of less than 1.0 MPa, and productivity resuming rate of 100%. Based on this, the low-cost and leak-proof technology of formation protection for condensate gas well with high temperature and low pressure during workover and completion was developed, it can effectively avoid the leak of work fluid during workover and completion. At the same time, it can prevent the gas from flowing up to ensure the safety of well control, and greatly reduce the cost of protective fluid and the cost of induced production in the later stage, thus realizing the reservoir protection economically and effectively.
