摘要:
针对塔里木盆地顺北油田古生界岩性复杂、岩石强度高、研磨性强、机械钻速慢等问题,开展了古生界钻井提速技术的研究。通过深入分析古生界的地层特征和岩石力学参数,提出了基于高效破岩理论和破岩能量连续平稳传递的协同提速技术;然后,开展了个性化提速技术研究,设计了混合钻头和尖圆齿PDC钻头,同时改进螺杆钻具,提高输出扭矩,集成优化形成了“个性化钻头+大扭矩螺杆”钻井提速技术。通过现场应用,顺北油田古生界的机械钻速由优化前的2.90 m/h提高至优化后的4.63 m/h,提速59.66%。
Abstract:
In view of the complex lithology, high rock strength, strong abrasion and slow drilling speed of Paleozoic strata in the Shunbei Oilfield of Tarim Basin, this paper studies the improving drilling speed technology of Paleozoic strata. Through in-depth analysis of characteristics of Paleozoic strata and rock mechanics parameters, the author proposes a kind of collaborative accelerated technology based on the theory of efficiency rock-breaking and rock breaking energy continuous smooth transfer. This paper carries out the personalized improving drilling speed technology research, designs a mixed bit and a sharp crenelling PDC bit, improves the screw drill to improve the output torque, and integrativley form "personalized bit + high torque screw" collaborative technology to increase speed. Through the application, the drilling rate of Paleozoic strata in the Shunbei Oilfield increased from 2.90 m/h to 4.63 m/h, and the rate increased by 59.66%.
