氮气吞吐措施作为一种重要的提高单井采收率的方法,在油田实际生产中已经得到广泛应用。为筛选适宜氮气吞吐措施的地层,提高措施有效率,文中运用数值模拟方法,建立了断块油藏氮气吞吐理论模型,研究了各项地质参数对氮气吞吐效果的影响规律及敏感程度,制定了适合断块油藏氮气吞吐筛选标准。研究结果表明:原油黏度、含油饱和度、地层倾角、有效厚度是影响氮气吞吐措施效果的主要因素,原油黏度大于15 mPa·s或有效厚度小于5 m的条件下,不建议实施氮气吞吐措施。将筛选标准应用到胜利油田现河史8区块斜124井,措施实施后比未实施措施的采收率提高7百分点,对增加产量、提高断块油藏采收率具有指导意义。
Abstract:
As an important method to improve single well recovery, nitrogen stimulation has been widely used in oilfield production. In order to select the formation suitable for nitrogen stimulation and improve the efficiency of measures, the theoretical model of nitrogen stimulation in fault block reservoir was established by means of numerical simulation. The effects of geological parameters on the efficiency of nitrogen stimulation were studied, and criteria for nitrogen stimulation selection of fault block reservoirs were put forward. The results show that the viscosity of crude oil, oil saturation, formation dip angle and effective thickness are the main factors affecting the effectiveness of nitrogen stimulation measures. Nitrogen stimulation is not recommended when the crude oil viscosity is higher than 15 mPa·s or the effective thickness is less than five meters. This technology was applied to X124, Xianhe Block 8, Shengli Oilfield. It was predicted that the nitrogen huff and puff ratio could increase the recovery rate by 7 percentage points without taking measures, which has guiding significance for increasing the field production and improving the recovery rate of fault block reservoirs.
