摘要:
针对大港油田油藏评价和产能建设重点区块——官984断块, 开展了低渗、薄互
层整体压裂改造技术的研究和应用工作。根据该断块油层薄、泥质夹层等特点, 在压裂工艺上
重点研究应用了支撑剂粒径组合、控制裂缝纵向延伸、压裂油层保护、压裂液快速破胶和裂缝
强制闭合五大压裂配套技术。经现场实施, 在压裂投产的8口油井中, 平均单井产量达到了
13.3 t/d, 整体压裂改造效果明显。
Abstract:
In 2005, w e deve loped som e re la ted stud ies and
applications on the reconstruction technology of low
perm eab ility and th in interbed reservo irs fo r the Fault-b lock
Guan984, wh ich is a key b lock in the reservo ir eva luation and
productiv ity construc tion o f Dag ang o ilfield. Acco rd ing to the
characteristics of the th in reservo ir and the muddy
interca lation in the fau lt b lock, w e ma in ly study the
comb ination techno logy o f the sand particle d iame ter of the
proppant in order to augm ent the length and breadth o f
fracture and ex tend o il dra inage areas, study the techno logy o f
contro lling the vertica l ex tension of the fracture to avo id
fracturing the low er plu ton ic rocks, study the pro tection
techno logy of the fractured o il reservo ir to prevent c lay
expanding, study the ge l break ing techno logy to increase the
d ischarg ing rate o f fracture liquid and to reduce the dam age o f
reservo ir and fracture propping zone. The averag ing
production o f e ight fractured producing w e lls reaches 13. 3
tons per day through the fie ld using of the techno logy, wh ich
show s that the in teg ra l fracture has go t obv ious e ffect.
